To ensure the best results from your treatment, please review our Preparation and Aftercare page. This will provide you with essential tips and guidelines to prepare for your appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
Please let us know in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. When booking, you agree that if a cancellation or reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled time is needed, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If you cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of your booking or fail to show up for your appointment, a 100% no-show fee will be charged. We thank you for your understanding as these policies ensure we can continue to provide you with exceptional services and technicians.

Please note – We do not infill others’ work. A removal and full set will be required if you have lashes or nails from another salon. See our full range of terms and policies here.
