Cancellation Policy

Please let us know in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. When booking, you agree that if a cancellation/reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled time is needed, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If you cancel/reschedule within 12 hours of your booking or fail to show up for your appointment, a 100% no show fee will be charged. We thank you for your understanding, as these policies ensure we can continue to provide you with exceptional services and technicians.

Deposit Policy

A deposit is required for all bookings to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your total service cost on the day of your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment.

Late Arrival Policy

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on how late you arrive, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, and your deposit forfeited. Please contact us if you anticipate being late.

Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best service possible. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know before you leave the salon. We do not offer refunds for services, but we will do our best to address any concerns and make adjustments as necessary.

Health and Safety Policy

Your health and safety are our top priority. If you are feeling unwell, have a contagious condition, or have recently been ill, please reschedule your appointment. Our staff follows strict hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for all clients.

Child Policy

For the safety and comfort of all our clients, we request that you do not bring children to your appointment unless they have an appointment themselves. Our salon environment is not suitable for young children, and we appreciate your understanding.

Gift Voucher Policy

Gift vouchers are available for purchase and make the perfect gift. Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase and can be used for any service. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal details you provide us will be used solely for the purpose of your appointment and will not be shared with third parties.

Payment Policy

We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments. Full payment is required at the end of your service. Please ensure you have the necessary payment method available.

Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please inform us before leaving the salon. We will make every effort to address your concerns and ensure you leave happy.
